PCS Precision Offers a Unique Reminder System We Will Send to You a Full Listing of Your Equipment That is Due for Service/Calibration 1 Month Prior to Your Equipment Falling Due Ensuring Enough Time to Work Around Production Schedules, Down Days etc.
The Visit:
During the Visit A Qualified Technician/s Will Attend Your Site They Will Inspect, Clean, Remove Product Build Up, General Condition of Equipment. The Unit Will Then be Tested and Adjusted if Required In Accordance Regulations Depending on Requirements a NATA Certificate or Certificate of Accuracy Issued, Attach a Current Calibration Sticker.
Equipment Failed:
We Will Advise of Any Faulty Equipment or Equipment That Requires Further Servicing or Any Environmental Conditions Affecting The Performance.
Re-Calibration Period:
Some Equipment May Require to Be Serviced/Calibrated on a 12 Monthly Bases While Other Equipment May Require Every 3 or 6 Monthly Service/Calibration Checks We Will Work With You and Your Quality Team to Help Determine The Best Performance and Reliability Giving You The Confidence You Require in A Service Provider.
