Australia-wide delivery
PCS Precision supplies products to customers throughout Australia. Shipping availability, freight charges and delivery
methods may vary depending on product, destination, size, weight and delivery requirements.
Dispatch
We aim to process orders within the timeframe advised at checkout, on the product page or in the quotation. Some
products may require additional time because they are supplied from a manufacturer or ordered specifically for the
customer.
Freight and delivery
Delivery may be arranged through courier, freight carrier or another suitable provider. Large, heavy, fragile or
specialised equipment may require palletised or dedicated freight. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be
affected by carrier delays, weather, peak periods, remote locations, site access or other circumstances outside our
reasonable control.
Delivery information
Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information and ensuring the delivery location is reasonably
accessible. Additional charges may apply where special delivery arrangements, restricted access, tail-lift delivery,
crane unloading or other site requirements are necessary.
Inspection on delivery
Where practical, inspect goods when they arrive. If packaging or goods appear damaged, record the damage and
contact PCS Precision promptly. This does not limit rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
International shipping
PCS Precision currently ships products within Australia only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
